Art Officially Favored is the story of the struggles and passion of Michael Masley, an unusual street musician who has influenced everyone from the common man to famous musicians for the past 25 years with his world renowned "bowhammers" technique on his cymbalom. Masley's ethereal music echoes over the streets Berkeley, California spreading the message that art is alive and thriving in our culture. He challenges the lack of cultural artistic respect, so prevalent in our society by stepping up as the "Artist General", the Defender of the Arts and the Creative Community.
