The Ruins (2008)

During a trip to Mexico, two American couples meet a German tourist seeking for his brother who disappeared in the jungle. Joined by one of his friends, they venture into the Mayan ruins where they encounter a gruesome threat hidden in nature. Starring Jonathan Tucker, Jena Malone and a stellar cast, this natural horror film builds a tense atmosphere as the group tries to escape and survive, leaving the audience awestruck and gasping for air.
