My Big Love (2008)

Pastry chef Macky has struggled with his weight for most of his life. Being fat isn't easy, and he secretly admires young socialite columnist Ninia, who gets the shock of her life when she sees Macky in his 300-pound glory. Macky hires Aira as his personal trainer, and as he loses weight, he and Aira gain love and affection for each other. But soon after, Aira accepts an offer to work abroad.
