A woman is taking a shower, when the water turns into blood and rains down, her naked body is soon drenched in blood and she freaks out

The first hit is seen, however the rest of the strikes are shown camera up of the child beating, while other children watch this in horror.
A flashback shows a nun, holding a boy's underwater, as he kicks and fights against her.
A nun sets a child up facing an alter, then proceeds to whip him drawing many bloody wounds on the child's back, these are later seen scarred over
A man has fork plunged into his neck, showing many spurts of blood from the man's neck, the man cowers down from the pain as blood begins to drip from his mouth.
Two men struggle to hold a man down and plunge a syringe into him to sedate him
The killer comes down a flight of stairs, walls and stairs drenched and dripping with blood
The killer pulls a man under a stall, plunges a knife popping the man's eye showing causing a lot of blood to spill out, the killer then brutally saws the man's throat creating a fountain of blood to come out of his neck, until the killer completely saws off the man's head and drops it in a toilet.

A woman opens a door to reveal the dead body of man whose decapitated, walls and floors covered in blood

The killer uses a hack saw and very viciously saws off a man's arm causing lots of blood to spurt out, then holds up the arm and drinks blood from it. The killer then drips blood from the severed arm onto a woman's head
The killer ducks down below a woman's waist with a knife, the woman the shouts and struggles in pain. We do not see what the killer is doing but it is later exposed that he was carving into her stomach
The killer holds up a pair of scissors to cut off a woman's tongue but the woman viciously bites down onto the man's fingers causing blood to spill from them, the killers fights to free his fingers. Once he does the woman spits blood in his face which he happily licks up and then rubs his bloody fingers all over the woman's face
The killer plunges a screwdriver into a woman's leg, causing blood to spurt, and the woman to scream in pain

The killer breaks a chair over the man's back and another, then flips over the injured man and brutally stabs him several times, as the man tries to throw him off
A woman tied with barbwire struggles for several minutes until she frees herself. This scene seems longer than it is, as the woman struggles and the barbwire digs deeper and deeper into her skin causing mass blood to spill. By the time she is free, chunks of her skin can be seen stuck to the barbwire once she is free
A woman pulls a screwdriver from her leg, as it was previously impaled into it, cause her to scream and blood to leak out
A woman beats a man on the head brutally with a hammer multiple times, each time causing more and more blood to splatter her and the wall
