Ben David: Broken Sky (2007)

After a nuclear war wiped out all electronic information, a warlord rises up to rebuild American in his own totalitarian vision. He destroys books and manages to confiscate valuable historical documents, including the Declaration of Independence. Ben David, a former school teacher, sets out on his own to stop the elusive warlord and get it back.
