Gutterballs (2008)

The dialogue is very graphic and sexual. The F-word alone is used countless times in a sexual context and women are frequently referred to by demeaning names. The janitor belittles the customers for always talking about their genitals and goes on to say that when his balls dropped, all he could think about was sex. A woman asks a man if he wants a oral or vaginal sex.

There is a graphic closeup of a woman wearing a pink mini-skirt and no panties bending over, exposing her genitals.

There is an eight-minute long rape scene that ends with one of the assailants forcing a bowling pin into a woman's vagina. There is no visible penetration, but the scene is difficult to watch.

One of the rapists stands next to the victim while she is being sodomized and shows his penis to her.

A man urinates in a glass beer bottle. There is a brief, albeit graphic, close-up of urine coming out of his (prosthetic) penis.

A woman is performing oral sex on a man. Penetration is shown very briefly and the woman's bare butt is exposed the entire time.

A transwoman's genitals are cut in half lengthwise.

A man and woman have anal sex. The woman moans and tells the man to "fuck" her.

A man is found decapitated with his pants pulled down below the waistline. The silhouette of his penis is seen briefly from a distance.

A man who's eyes were scooped out is found with used condoms hanging out of his empty eye sockets, implying that the killer raped his face.

A man is sodomized with a broken bowling pin; the sharp end goes in.

There is an eight-minute-long rape scene. There is no penetration but the woman is hit and abused before having a bowling pin forced into her vagina. Blood drips from under her skirt onto the pin.

A man and woman are killed while performing oral sex on one another (the woman's mouth is forced over the man's penis, choking her, and the man's head is forced between the woman's legs, smothering him).

A transwoman is choked to death on a bowling pin. The killer then cuts her penis in half lengthwise.

A man's eyes are graphically scooped out with a sharpened bowling pin.

A woman is strangled with a pair of shoelaces, cutting off the blood circulation in her neck and leaving a red mark on it.

A woman's head is crushed between two bowling balls. Her body twitches and her brain falls out on the ground.

A man's face is forced into an automatic bowling ball polisher, waxing his face off.

A man is found decapitated. His head later shoots out of a bowling ball return slot.

A man is hit multiple times over the head with a bowling pin before being sodomized with a sharpened pin. He begs the killer to finish him and the killer bludgeons him with the bowling pin, bashing in his skull.

A character's throat is slit and he twitches, spraying blood for several minutes and continues convulsing on the ground after he dies.

A man is decapitated by a shotgun blast. His head hangs from the neck stump by a piece of flesh and a geyser of blood sprays out of it.

A woman is thrown against a wall by a shotgun blast. Her entrails are shown falling out of the wound as she twitches.

The characters use a massive amount of profanity, some more than others. There are approximately 516 (not a typo) uses of "fuck" (including 10 uses of "motherfucker", give or take several due to scenes where multiple people are shouting), 63 uses of "sh*t", 37 uses of "bitch", 15 of "faggot", 13 of "cock", 10 of "cunt", and 8 of "dick", along with some mild profanity.

The antagonists constantly make extremely sexist, misogynistic, and homophobic remarks that may offend some.

One scene with cannabis. A couple of the characters drink while they bowl. One character, who is seen drinking from a flask several times, keeps ordering others to get a beer for him.

This film is EXTREMELY GRAPHIC AND DISTURBING.
