Map of the Sounds of Tokyo (2009)

In the first scene of the movie a group of businessmen eat sushi off of three topless women where breasts are shown. The lead actress, Rinko Kikuchi, is nude in several scenes with breasts and nipples shown for extended periods of time. The lead actor performs oral sex on Ms Kikuchi twice; it is quite graphic but nothing is shown other than breasts and nipples.
