Hans Christian Andersen (1970)

A musical/comedy special, featuring an all-star international cast, based on the writings of Hans Christian Andersen, highlighting three of his most famous stories, "The Shepherdess and The Chimney Sweep", "The Little Matchgirl" and "The Emperor's New Clothes". This special was the last BP Super Show (1959) and featured the final film and television performance of Patrick Wymark, telecast five weeks after his untimely death.
