The main plot of the movie involves a professor who supposedly sleeps with many students on campus. So although the students are probably all "of age", it is a mature theme because of the power difference and the ethical controversy.

There are more than a couple of scenes where we see 2 females kiss. Sex is implied 3-4 times but there is no nudity at all.
