Rusti Motors is facing tough times, and its misfits employees are in jeopardy of losing their dealership, their jobs, and the only dysfunctional family they know. Led by an inexperienced new owner, they're setting out to redefine "business as usual." Armed only with vague ideas of decency, a reckless disregard for employee safety, and an abject terror of getting jobs in the real world, the crew at Rusti Motors won't go down without a fight...unless it means coming in on a Saturday.
