Fresh Coast (2008)

The 'Fresh Coast' documentary chronicles the legacy of the most prolific and important battle emcees from California's underworld grass roots hip-hop scene. These young upcoming artists are fanatically celebrated by their cult following however remain unknown to the world at large as they win coveted battles, release innovative music, and constantly tour the world in pursuit of the next level in the industry. Included in this documentary is the history of their scene, interviews with the well respected emcees they have influenced, several hours of bonus footage, and music and videos created by this talented group of mic warriors.
