Francine (<a class="ipc-md-link ipc-md-link--entity" href="/name/nm0288491/?ref_=ttpg_gi">Francine Fournier</a>) turns heel on the Pitbulls (Pitbull #1 (<a class="ipc-md-link ipc-md-link--entity" href="/name/nm1128531/?ref_=ttpg_gi">Gary Wolf</a>) and Pitbull #2 (<a class="ipc-md-link ipc-md-link--entity" href="/name/nm1180103/?ref_=ttpg_gi">Anthony Durante</a>)) by throwing powder in Pitbull #2's face and then turning her back to the camera and pulling down her skirt to reveal the word "Franchise" on her thong during the Four-Way Dance involving Pitbull #2, "The Franchise" <a class="ipc-md-link ipc-md-link--entity" href="/name/nm0235247/?ref_=ttpg_gi">Shane Douglas</a>, ECW World Television Champion <a class="ipc-md-link ipc-md-link--entity" href="/name/nm0410171/?ref_=ttpg_gi">Chris Jericho</a> and 2 Cold Scorpio (<a class="ipc-md-link ipc-md-link--entity" href="/name/nm0768694/?ref_=ttpg_gi">Charles Scaggs</a>).

After Beulah McGillicutty (<a class="ipc-md-link ipc-md-link--entity" href="/name/nm1025678/?ref_=ttpg_gi">Trisa Hayes</a>) busts open <a class="ipc-md-link ipc-md-link--entity" href="/name/nm0019155/?ref_=ttpg_gi">Bill Alfonso</a> with a cookie sheet, she removes her shirt and wrestles the rest of the match in a sports bra and with her thong poking up from the top of her pants.

Kimona Wanalaya (<a class="ipc-md-link ipc-md-link--entity" href="/name/nm0490915/?ref_=ttpg_gi">Kristina Laum</a>) distracts Brian Lee (<a class="ipc-md-link ipc-md-link--entity" href="/name/nm0962219/?ref_=ttpg_gi">Brian Harris</a>) by "flashing" him (she was wearing a teddy), leading to <a class="ipc-md-link ipc-md-link--entity" href="/name/nm0490873/?ref_=ttpg_gi">Tommy Dreamer</a> hitting Lee with a DDT and pinning him.

This DVD lives up to its title. Chairs, tables, guardrails, barbed wire, flaming branding irons, flaming tables, everything gets used here. The <a class="ipc-md-link ipc-md-link--entity" href="/name/nm0298750/?ref_=ttpg_gi">Terry Funk</a>-Sabu <a class="ipc-md-link ipc-md-link--entity" href="/name/nm0116318/?ref_=ttpg_gi">Terry Brunk</a> no-rope barbed-wire match was the last one ever in ECW, since ECW boss <a class="ipc-md-link ipc-md-link--entity" href="/name/nm0382280/?ref_=ttpg_gi">Paul Heyman</a> didn't think it could be topped and didn't want anyone to try.

Axl Rotten (<a class="ipc-md-link ipc-md-link--entity" href="/name/nm0461142/?ref_=ttpg_gi">Brian Knighton</a>) and Ian Rotten (<a class="ipc-md-link ipc-md-link--entity" href="/name/nm1405420/?ref_=ttpg_gi">John Williams</a>) have a Taipei Death Match, meaning that before the match their fists were wrapped in tape, dipped in glue and then covered with broken glass. Thumbtacks are also used.

Taz (<a class="ipc-md-link ipc-md-link--entity" href="/name/nm0784204/?ref_=ttpg_gi">Peter Senerchia</a>) and Bam Bam Bigelow (<a class="ipc-md-link ipc-md-link--entity" href="/name/nm0081759/?ref_=ttpg_gi">Bam Bam Bigelow</a>) actually go THROUGH the ramp during their match. (An attempt to top Bigelow countering Taz's finisher the Tazmission by hurtling himself, with Taz on his back, THROUGH the ring during their match at <a class="ipc-md-link ipc-md-link--entity" href="/title/tt0317399/?ref_=ttpg_gi">ECW Living Dangerously '98 (1998)</a>).

The Pitbulls respond to Francine's betrayal (see above) by Superbombing her through a table, making Francine the first woman to go through a table in an American wrestling promotion.
