DeSiCiTi (2009)

DeSiCiTi is an award nominated television comedy series about the dating, career and cross cultural exploits of young South Asian urbanites living it up in New York City. By following the adventures of a varied group of South Asians in their search for balance between career, love and cultural identity, DeSiCiTi blows apart cultural stereotypes with depth, humor and characters that everyone can relate to. DeSiCiTi also addresses important social issues such as domestic violence, divorce, workplace discrimination and same sex relationships, but presents them from a non-judgmental perspective that encourages discussion.
