Beyond a Dollar a Day (2009)

One in four of the world's population lives on less than a dollar a day. Global poverty deserves more priority on the world's political agenda. Despite massive flows of aid to developing countries, over a billion people still live on less than a dollar a day. Something is not working, but solutions are out there.
