Indelible (2010)

Indelible is the story of intersecting lives at the rundown Maple Motel. Jaynar (Kimberly Igiebor-Iskoen), a young refugee from the other side of the world, arrives with her father but is too scarred by her memories to venture beyond their room. Jordan (Jordan Dean Scott) is the son of the racist motel owner and in vigil for his own losses. He spends his day searching the empty rooms for anything the motel's guests leave behind, but the day he discovers Jaynar the uneasy equilibrium of the motel begins to quietly shift. Together the two children find a way to tell each other their stories, freeing not only themselves but those around them too--even if only a little.
