Last Man Stands

Last Man Stands tells the story of a modern day Crow Indian family living in rural Montana. Having left the reservation to seek a new life they are tragically confronted with the death of a son who is killed while serving in Iraq. A once patriotic father's change of heart forces a younger brother to stand up to his beliefs or succumb to pressure risking perhaps losing the only family he has left. For that he must look to his friends, his true love and ultimately to the wisdom of the Elders in search of the answers that will guide him to his destiny. Visited by a shape-shifting spirit who appears in the form of a majestic eagle, Last Man Stands incorporates elements of the supernatural into the ordinary.
