Wilson for Higgins (2010)

'Wilson for Higgins' is a movie about a young boys quest for Parliament. Children have no say or representation in society. Alec Wilson decides to change this by campaigning for parliament when a by-election is to be held in his local electorate. On the campaign trial Alec approaches some unlikely voters and scrambles over a fence when chased by a dog. Election day arrives and Alec is driving the other adult booth attendants dotty as he pushes for recognition and votes.
