Habanece (2003)

Habanece is a hard-hitting story about the reality and struggles of the Cuban people. Carlos is a young Spaniard who decides to meet with his brother in La Havana to finish a documentary that their father left incomplete. While doing so he finds himself in the midst of a world of prostitution, drugs and gambling, all daily occurrences for the residents of La Habana. An incredibly realistic and human story that speaks to all about the emotions and fears of a nation.
