Jean is an easygoing type of man and lives a nonchalant life. When falling in love with beautiful Yvette everything seems to change. But Yvette, sick of all man and their behavior, is unsure and asks her best friend Nuguillas for advise. Is it real love? A mysterious inspector appears - looking for Jean to arrest him: An old burden of the past has to be balanced, the love between Jean and Yvette seems to have no chance. Nevertheless Jean escapes every attempt to arrest him. Just when Yvette decides to have found the answer to her fundamental question, reality catches up with her.
