Shadows of the Sun (2002)

A story which guides the viewer on a poetic journey through the memories, dreams, and passions of a matador de toros, from the scintillating mornings of youth until the final moment of facing death in the afternoon. Set within the sun-bleached environment of Andalucía, Spain, the film focuses on the ritual of the corrida de toros through the lens of myth and man's relationship to his own mortality.
