Numbered with the Dead (2007)

The story of beautiful Jocelyn Caehill, who flees her life in Juarez after her father's murder. She seeks solace with an old friend, DEA Agent turned junkie Robert Lamb. Jocelyn is unaware that her past, in the form of her demented ex-lover Shamus McTierney, is coming hell-bent on her heels. Now it's up to Rob and his vigilante friend to protect Jocelyn. The pair must fight their way through a horde of leather-clad bondage freaks and professional killers in an attempt to end Shamus' psychotic rampage.
