Deadly Sibling Rivalry (2011)

The results of a car crash are shown: An unconscious woman is laid out on the ground, blood streaks on her pants, forehead, and mouth. Her twin (with a head wound and bloody nose) limps past to wave down the approaching ambulance.

A woman pushes another woman into an opened freezer chest and locks her in while resting atop of it. The woman freezing to death (or suffocating) screams out while the other woman ladidas about nothing. -- Some scenes later, the woman opens the freezer again to check out the woman, now wide-eyed and frozen stiff.

A woman poisons a fresh IV bag that ends up being used for a comatose woman. It isn't long before the comatose woman suffers violent tremors as she goes into cardiac arrest... then flatlines. Doctors work fervently to revive her with no success before finally jabbing her with a shot of adrenaline which immediately sits her upright and awake like she's late for school.

B&W flashbacks offer new glimpses of the results of the car crash from earlier. One barely conscious woman is bleeding profusely from a ruptured femoral artery that she attempted to stave off with a strap, but her twin sister unties it, menacingly, in the midst of undressing her to trade outfits.

A woman shooting a rifle like a Stormtrooper chases after a mother and daughter duo.

Twin sisters duke it out in a barn with each using the non-deadly ends of a shovel, an axe, and a crowbar.

A father & teen daughter have a tandem rock climbing venture. Due to some accident the father falls while still tethered by rope to his daughter. He's unable to reestablish a foothold and dangles with his weight becoming too much for his daughter to carry... So... with one final declaration of love for his twin daughters... he cuts the rope... allowing himself to plummet to his death... The other daughter in tears having watched the whole thing from down below.
