Agnus Dei: The Lamb of God (2011)

The film contains a sequence which shows several images of two people in various states of undress or suggestive positions. Although mostly implied and blurred, due to the film's context, this images are extremely unpleasant and disturbing to watch.

Some implicit depictions about sexual activity are made, but they are mostly brief and not detailed. A character describes sexual abuse in somewhat explicit detail.

Some profanity is present during the film, but it's in Spanish and not strong.

There is regular smoking of tobacco, but the sequences are not prolongued and very brief.

The entire film is very hard to watch and there are several photographs which are extremely disturbing to watch. Be adviced that this film was released in Mexico with a warning label stating "Contains photographic material that can be disturbing to sensitive audiences".
