Der Andher (2011)

When the police fail to find the man who raped and murdered his daughter, an honest cop, driven crazy by the need for revenge, hires a hit on the man he suspects, her boyfriend. But a man's conscience is a powerful thing and it catches up with him. Little does he know that he will find himself in the midst of a moral dilemma that could rip him apart.
