In one scene towards the end of the film, a male character is tied naked to a table. His genitals are fully exposed. His female assailant then injects a fluid into his penis. A full screen shot of the violation is shown. This is intended to give the man an errection. There are various full frontal shots of the male before he is sexually aroused (not seen) and his assailant rapes him.
