When Oprah exposed Sacramento's 'tent city' to the world, city and county officials moved quickly to 'close' the eyesore. A few got housing while most of the over 300 residents of tent city were forced to leave and find some place else to sleep. There were no more shelter beds so most went back to the street, under a bridge or by the river. But a small band of refugees, tired of running, want a safe place to sleep and they take their fight to city hall.
