Happy Birthday (2011)

A man named Josh wakes up in a bathtub next to his dead girlfriend. She has been nailed to the wall in a crucifix pose and he doesn't know how she died. On his journey, deeper and deeper into madness, he will find out all the answers to his questions and what really happened to his girlfriend.
