Some disturbing crime scene photos of dead young women are seen throughout the film.
The film revolves around a voyeuristic website where murders are re-enacted in a murder house. Viewers can tell their murder fantasies, and the residents of the house will act them out.
A woman is attacked by a man in a mask, only this turns out to be fake, as a re-enactment of a murder.
A girl is clearly turned on by S&M acts and asks a guy to practically abuse her. He ends up beating her to death and her face is seen, very bloody.
A girl is hanged in a shower. The killer then places her on the floor and presumably begins scalping her with a knife. This isn't seen clearly but is seen out of focus in the background for a while. We see the killer's face as he saws with the knife and hear the tearing of flesh. This scene lasts for about a minute and is very disturbing and grotesque. We then see the bloody knife with what looks like flesh meat on it.
The most graphic scene in the film: A young man is tied to a bed, and his girlfriend places a mask over his face and leaves. The killer subsequently enters the room and begins cutting the guy's face - we see blood spurt over the killer and hear the boy scream and the flesh squish. We then briefly see the killer rip the mask off the guy's face, a close-up shot as sticky blood and flesh rip from the guy's face as he screams. Very disturbing. The guy later dies.
A girl is chased and stabbed in the side. She survives.
A girl is stabbed in the heart with a knife. She lies behind her injured friend and they stare at each other while she dies.
A cop and a man in prison on death row discuss murders in detail throughout the film. The prisoner taunts another cop who apparently has a young daughter, saying how she's going to "develop" (obviously, he's referring to puberty) quickly, and even though the father wants to protect his daughter, eventually "somebody's going to fuck her." The cop is clearly riled and disturbed by this and has to leave the room. This dialogue could be very disturbing for people with children, especially daughters.
