Zero (2011)

"Zero" was born a loser. Brought up in a world that taught you no matter how hard you try you'll just end up dying a loser too. Zero knows there's something out there better for him, and wants to be something better than what society believes him to be and sees the chance to break his reputation by pursuing the young and beautiful Julia. After Julia's mother hears about Zero punching out the communities poster boy, Alex, for threatening his friend "G-Man", she tells her daughter she's not allowed to go out with a boy like him. Rejected and depressed Zero's childhood friend G-Man convinces him to go out on the town, one last night with the ol' gang then they'll figure out better lives for themselves. Though after Alex gets revenge and takes a little too far, Zero's world seems to collapse around him, person by person, life for life.
