Several scenes depicting sexual nature. A man licks a bloody knife and is then kissed by his wife. A woman gives a man oral sex (she is off screen). A couple kisses passionately in bed. Later on, that same couple kiss passionately once again but this time while sitting on a dead body. A couple is covered in blood while in a shower and the man gives the woman oral sex (he is off screen). Man tells a hooker he wants her for the night...this doesn't happen though as he kidnaps her instead. A man is seen from behind masturbating violently. A man masturbates on a woman's face. Later on we see semen on her face. A man stands over a woman and begins to masturbate on her face while she watches him. A man slaps his wife's butt. A couple makes out after killing a man with a hammer. A woman makes a man believe she will have sex with him but then kills him. A couple makes out in the back seat of a car with a dead body in the front seat. Later that same couple kisses while playing Russian roulette. A couple has sex in a hotel room on their wedding night while hostages watch. A couple makes love on their wedding night with a hostage in their apartment. We see rear male nudity in one scene. In the same scene we briefly see a woman's breasts. A couple kisses passionately while in a courthouse. Woman tires to come on to a man but he rejects her.

Aggressive violence throughout! Two people are killed by a gunshot to the head and a knife to the stomach in the opening scene. Before they die a man strikes one of them with hammer repeatedly. A woman his struck with a pipe to the back of her head. In the next scene, that same woman is stabbed and then burned in a bathtub full of acid. A man is seen in the background about to strike a dead body with a hammer. A man is seen having had his face burned on a stovetop. Later we see his wife a been murdered and is lying tied up in a bedroom. A hooker is kidnapped and scalped (offscreen, but we see the bloody aftermath). Later she is briefly seen being strangled to death. After she dies her dead body is seen lying on a couch. A man is violently electrocuted. He dies, and his girlfriend is then shot in the head (offscreen). A couple kill someone offscreen but are then seen with blood covering them. A man hits another man with his car. That man is later seen having his head slammed down on a table: blood squirts out everywhere. A man has his throat slit by a woman: very graphic. Later two women throw knifes at his dead body. His dead body is also stabbed multipule times by a woman with a knife: pretty graphic. A woman is captured by two men and held hostage in a drain ditch. It is later implied that they killed her. A woman pushes a man down in a parking lot. The man is later shot by the woman and blood squirts onto her. A woman is stabbed by another woman and her new boyfriend: very intense. A woman is captured and tied to a chair where a man and woman harass her and cut her fingers: very intense. A man and woman play Russian roulette with each other on a few occasions. A preacher's wife and daughter are stabbed to death while the preacher is forced to watch. The preacher then has his frost slit by a man while a woman pours gasoline around the room: highly disturbing scene. A couple murder three people on their wedding night: one by stabbing them, one by strangling them, and one by burning their face with an iron. A man has the back of his head split open with a hatchet (offscreen, but blood squirts out onto the murderer). A woman has a firecracker stuffed in her mouth. It explodes and blood goes flying out. A man is beaten to a pulp by another man. A man is tazered. A dead corpse is seen in a bathtub. A severed arm is seen lying on the ground in one scene. A man has a glass broken over his head: blood is seen. A man beats two men to death with a tennis racket. A young child is choked to death (mostly offscreen). A lady is captured at gunpoint and it is implied that she is later killed. Two young women are murdered on a beach: one is hit over the head with a bat and the other is dragged into the water and drownd. A man beats a salesman to death with his fists. Another salesman is strangled to death by a man. A young girl is accidentally stabbed and dies: some blood shown. A woman is shot in the head at pointblank range (offscreen). A man enters a house to find a man masturbating: he is then shot twice and dies. A man is stabbed in the knee and then in the eye by a woman: somewhat graphic. A man point a gun at another man but then has it taken away by the man and then is shot in the chest and dies. A woman stabs another woman twice while rolling around on the ground. A woman is kidnapped and tied to chair where she is harassed by a man: he stabs her, smacks her and abuses her in other various ways (see "sex and nudity" section). A man is strapped into a chair a beaten violently by another man. The man strapped to the chair then escapes and kills the man who beat him by stabbing him the the back of the neck with a knife. A man has his head slammed into a wall. Later that same man is stabbed in the stomach by a woman and then smacked in the back of the head with a hammer by a man: quite graphic. A man is struck in the back of the head by another man with a large piece of lumber: some blood seen. A man is shot in the arm: blood everywhere. A man is violently beaten and strangled by another man. Later he then overpowers the man and shoots him. A man his part of his face blown off with a gun by a woman. A man is blown up in a basement (offscreen). An unsuspecting couple is captured and tied to chairs where they are beaten by a man with a hammer and then blown up (offscreen).

Several uses of the word "fuck" and it's derivatives. 2 uses of the word "cunt". Other swearing though out such as "ass", "shit", "damn", "bitch", and "hell". One character continually refers to another character as a "fagpick".

A woman takes a drink out of a liquor bottle before killing a man. She appears tipsy in this scene. A man is seen drinking whiskey in a scene. Two couples drink wine on a beach. In a restaurant scene a few men are seen drinking beer. On two separate occasions the four main characters are seen toasting with alcoholic drinks.
