There is no nudity in this movie.
**NOTE** The movie is about a woman who thinks she has contracted a STD, so many parts of the movie is about issues in the genital region.
Main character is a lesbian and there is mild discussion about her lesbian relationship and sex during the movie.
At the opening of the movie, a deceased female's feet are shown, moving back and forth, implying that the medical examiner was sexually molesting the body, although nothing is shown, except for his bloody fingers moving in and out a test tube (possibly to further imply a sex act has in fact taken place with the corpse).
A man and a woman have sex in back of a car. The car is rocking and the windows are foggy. You hear the woman moaning and telling the man that maybe they should stop. (See Violence & Gore)
A woman gets out of bed wearing a gown and underwear and notices her crotch is bloody. She goes to the bathroom to look further and removes her bloody panties. The woman then sits on the toilet and inserts a tampon (Insertion not shown. Her genitals are covered by her leg and gown.) The woman gets into the shower. No breasts or genitals shown, however, there is a graphic amount of blood running down her legs.
A woman sits on the toilet. When she gets up, the toilet is full of blood, including blood running down the sides of toilet bowl and a large blood clot. She then attempts to wipe up some the mess with tissue.
A woman tells her doctor, "I have a rash 'down there.'"
Doctor asks the woman if she is sexually active.
A woman is sitting on the toilet wiping her genitals (genitals are covered by shirt), then she sniffs her fingers. When she stands up, you a see a maggot that has dropped out of her genitals.
Two women kiss. One of the women vomits blood onto the mouth of the other woman.
