As the title suggests, the plot of this movie focuses on cheating in committed sexual relationships. As in other Bill Plymton films, there is no spoken dialogue, so the action is shown entirely through symbolic images and imaginative animation.

In general, while little of the human form is directly shown, other than deep cleavage, the sides of the breasts and male and female buttocks, the sexual act is commonly depicted, and strong use of phallic/sexual imagery pervades the film.

In one scene a female character is seen falling in love with an man who is currently dating someone else. After he saves her life, they are depicted having sex, with symbolic imagery indicating that she is an "homewrecker"

Multiple scenes use images of kitchen items to symbolize sex in a large variety of ways.

Multiple scenes show sex between males and females, with the buttocks and sides of the breasts shown. (The pubic regions are not shown)

Multiple scenes revolve around women attempting to sexually seduce men by use of their cleavage, flirting, or the giving of their phone numbers/names for hookups.

A scene depicts a woman in an changing room surrounded by mannequins, that partially resemble nude males, no genitalia are shown.

A man is given a photo of his girlfriend in the changing room surrounded by mannequins. He imagines himself surrounded by nude females. (the sides of breasts, and buttocks are shown)

A man is shown cheating on his committed girlfriend with multiple women in an motel room.

A man and a woman are depicted in quasi violent acts of sex (the woman grasps the man to the point where he bleeds during intercourse).

In multiple scenes an mattress is shown from underneath, with the thrusts from sexual intercourse pushing through in an manner suggestive of wild, uninhibited sex.

Overall, while there is no full nudity (no genitalia shown of either gender, no female nipples shown), the symbolism used to express sexual content and context of this movie more than makes up for this, and in fact overall it feels more lurid without full nudity, than many titles are with.
