Beer sommeliers and authors of The Naked Pint, Hallie Beaune and Christina Perozzi, are on a mission to unite great craft beer, spirits and food. In this one-hour Cooking Channel special they travel to New Orleans and LA to introduce us to folks creating brand new rules for pairing food with drink. Hallie and Christina catch the ingredients for shrimp and grits with absinthe on a shrimp boat in the Gulf of Mexico with a captain named "Big Sexy."
