Salvation (2012)

Detective Dale Boehner (Nick Swagger) is one of the best undercover officers that Lynchbane City has seen in decades. When faced first-hand with the murder of a fellow officer, Samuel Mercer (Cody Brzezinski), Dale must partner with another detective, Leonardo Johnson (Alex Watts). Leo, a goodhearted but by-the-book and tough on criminals detective, must work with Detective Boehner, a quick-tempered alcoholic with a chip on his shoulder. Before they know it, more bodies turn up with clues that suggest more deaths are yet to come. Soon, they find themselves trapped in a race against time in a sick, twisted game as every passing second could mean another victim suffers the horrifying and grisly death at the hands of the murderer. While Leo handles most of the investigating behind the scenes, Dale conducts his own investigation in the field within the corrupt concrete jungle of Lynchbane City. Dale, struggling with his own demons, must work through his troubles that are overshadowing the case while struggling through twists and turns of the winding road of the clever killer's psychological games to capture the murderer and discover the shocking truth in the psychological comedy drama, SALVATION.
