The Haunting of Whaley House (2012)

There is a conversation between couples of men and women about women's nipple.

A woman removes her top to reveal full view of her breasts to boyfriend in an attempt to get his attention. It's the only nudity in the movie.

A ghost reaches out and grabs a girl's arm. She screams and on her arm is seen the bloody congealed shape of a hand.

A policeman is killed by ghosts. Blood is seen.

A man is impaled by the leg of a wooden chair. He appears to be dead.

A woman hits her boyfriend in the head with a hammer and shoots him with a gun.

A desperate woman shoots herself after threatening to shoot others.

A young man's arm is pulled through and comes out bloody and wounded. He freaks out and walks into a wire which decapitates his head.

A woman cuts her own neck with an axe.

A man falls against a pump of some sort and part of it penetrates through his body. Plenty of blood pours out of him. We then see a kitten drink the blood.

A woman becomes possessed by a spirit and speaks. Her appearance is creepy. Her skin is white and her eyes are blackened and eyeballs are multi-colored. She speaks in a demonic voice. This happens suddenly and might be frightening to children or sensitive persons.

A man gets hit by a vehicle. Happens suddenly and may create a good scare.
