Do Not Disturb (2013)

Stanly is at the end of his rope. Holed up in a dingy motel room he is ready to end it all when Marlene, a maid, barges in to clean his room. What follows is a really awkward and uncomfortable beginning to what could be the start of a beautiful relationship. That, or Marlene might just give Stanly the last little push he needs to do finish what he has started.
