Fog Island (2012)

Nudity - A young woman removes her towel revealing her breasts as she gets in the shower. A man undresses to his underwear and pats his groin in waiting for someone to join him in bed, He puts on a eye mask as he is straddled.

A man is murdered off screen but we hear his anguished cries as he is stabbed to death. A young girl is attacked by a masked killer and hacked with a bill hook (though the actual blade penetration occurs off screen). Her corpse is later found covered in blood with gashes to her chest. A man is impaled by a spike through a bed. We see the blade exit the bottom of the bed and blood spills down. He then gasps for breath as he dies as the spike stuck in his neck. A woman is attacked and beheaded by a bill hook. We see the head come off and blood spurts from the stump. A man is attacked in a forest and hacked to death with a pair of shears. We see the blades being pulled out of his neck and slumps back down. He gasps for breath as blood spurts up over his face as he is repeatedly stabbed. The bloody shears are thrust in a tree trunk dripping with blood. A woman is attacked and pursued by a masked killer. She hits her attacker with a baseball bat, but is then later attacked herself and is too knocked unconscious. She is then tied to a chair and tormented and threatened with a power drill. A policeman is battered with a brick. We see blood and the brick hits his face. We hear a sound of his face caving in after repeated blows. The girl and the killer have a fight and the girl bites the killer on the arm and grabs a kitchen knife. The killer chases her up the stairs, battering her head against the stairs. The girl kicks the killer in the chest . The killer threatens to slit the girls throat with a sword. They have a fight, and the girl is slapped. The girl overcomes the killer and is kneed and punched in the head. The killer falls down the stairs. A pair of zombiefied hands grabs the girl through a wall. .

A man is killed off screen. A woman is terrorized by a masked figure that taps at her front door. A number of people are attacked by this masked figure and killed with a bill hook. The killer is seen behind victims and we see the figure approaching with a sharp weapon (Bill hook, shears). Stabbings, beheading, Victim is chased down corridors and tries to hide from the killer.
