Nit möööglich...! (1954)

"Nit möööglich!" or "Not Pooossible" - These words were Grock's trademark. Just like his appearance: the clown from Switzerland waddled across the stage in shoes that were much too big, his checkered trousers and his jacket, which was held together with a safety pin, wobbled around him. He had painted his mouth white and put a rubber bald cap over his head. He always carried a suitcase that was much too big and contained a tiny violin. Even as a child, Charles Adrien Wettach was fascinated by the world of the circus.
