A Most Violent Year (2014)

Set in New York during 1981, the story follows an immigrant, Abel Morales, and his wife Anna, who run a successful diesel distribution and sales company. However, the city is going through a violent year, where crime is on the rise which inevitably interferes with the expansion of their business.
