Twenty-five years ago an unexplained meltdown at a nuclear power station in the heart of the Welsh Valleys resulted in the worst nuclear disaster Great Britain has ever known. The entire area was evacuated and cordoned off from the outside world. Now, on the anniversary of the incident, an investigative journalist, his cameraman and their guide, an ex-military Chernobyl veteran, are about to cross the borders and finally step foot in the abandoned town of Brewer. Until now, the radiation levels were too lethal for anyone to enter, so why have they been so many strange rumours of survivors living in the ruined valley?
