A Strange Arrangement (2013)

The sheltered young woman Lilly Walsh meets the man of her dreams at a concert, only to die moments later after choking on a guitar pick thrown by her crush, turning her into a ghost. While trying to adjust to the afterlife, she learns that he is the only living person who can see her. Can love bloom between a human and a ghost?
