Last Summer (2007)

Medical student Cuicui, discovers that her boyfriend is an illegal immigrant and is heavily involved in dealing drugs. Business Student Yuanyuan lends boyfriend Xiaolong her fathers savings for a business venture, but the addicted gambler has other ideas. Fangfang, a language student is in danger of her life from David, a psychotic, who is obsessed with her. Fashion design student Linlin is torn between the demands ofher newly chosen career and love for her highly strung artistic boyfriend. Each must deal with the challenge of being in a foreign culture, with a new language and dynamic relationships. The story covers the trials and tribulations of the girls' final summer and they end up discovering that things aren't always what they seem to be.
