Evan and Hunter have been best friends and neighbors since they were babies, but they're complete opposites. Evan is a normal teenage boy. Above the influence. Has a foot fetish. And was adopted. Hunter is a hippie. Stoned out of his mind 24/7. Always has a bag of weed on him and always gets in trouble. After 16 years of being best friends, Evan's grandma tells him that him and Hunter can't hangout anymore unless they do something successful by the end of the summer. With only a month left until summer is over, they decide to make a movie!
