Documentary film will be talking about genocide of Armenian people in years 1915 - 1918. One of the first who unveiled these events to the world was czech traveler Karel Hansa. In his travel book he describes these events in a way how he saw them. After his arrival to Prague he was the first who established international fund for Armenian orphans. In 1950 he went missing. Armenian journalists are going after his traces in Czech republic. In this film we want to use not only memories of people who experienced genocide, but also interviews with their descendants. We will also look for the answer on question, if it's possible to prevent other genocides. On the background of atrocities in times of genocide we will see the power of traditions, culture and deep philosophy reaching far into Armenian history. Graphic part of this documentary is an important element.
