Kurokawa (2014)

Late at night, alone in the darkness of the balcony in his new apartment, Archie holds a card in his hand, and begins to tell the tale of two women - Nobue and Kurokawa. We hear how he has rented an apartment in a building with a dark past, connected to a murder-suicide carried out by a mysterious female, Kurokawa. His girlfriend Nobue cautioned him against the move, as did his friends. But Archie knows what he wants, and does not hesitate to go after it. Returning home late one night, Archie's choices come back to haunt him...
