Future 86 or: Don't Think Twice, It's All Right (2017)

Jenn (Monica Lynn Herrera), a rude, outwardly spoken twenty-something is alone, in a new city, with poor excuses for friends and a poorer excuse for a future when she meets Jeremy (Eric Soto), an awkward, quiet young man with a strong penchant for record-keeping. Upon their meeting, we follows the unlikely couple back and forth through time, observing the forging and dissolving of their relationship simultaneously as they save each-other from solitude and abandonment on one end, and slowly drift apart on the other. Future 86 is a story of Jenn and Jeremy's inter-dependence, overcoming, and what happens once the curtains of dreamy fairy tales and love stories fall and relationships are left attempting to hold on to fleeting emotions in the sobering light of the following day.
