Daliland (2022)

Set in 1974, it presents the story of James, an art gallery assistant who is asked to deliver a package to Salvador Dalí. The painter and his wife Gala become fixated on the young man and Dalí hires him as his personal assistant, who contributes to the artist's preparation for an exhibition in New York. This biopic by filmmaker Mary Harron, with an achieved Ben Kingsley as Dalí, focuses on the last years of the marriage, a bond that seemed unbreakable and that begins to crumble.
