Holding (2018)

Nick calls a suicide hotline and is put on hold due to high caller volume (this is a real thing). He finds that his next door neighbor, Cassy, has also been put on hold. They decide to hang out while they wait, but upon Cassy learning that Nick's ex-girlfriend, Chelsea, has been cheating on him for the last four years out of their five year relationship, she drags Nick to confront her. She convinces an anxiety-ridden Nick to egg her house. He does so and Chelsea's current boy toy, a shirtless bro named Brendan comes out. He seems to be ready to attack but upon learning that Chelsea has actually been juggling both boys, he bizarrely cries into Nick's shoulder and walks away--still shirtless. Cassy is taken off hold and explains how she had imagined jumping off her balcony and cracking open her skull, but at the moment, she is okay. She looks to Nick and he hangs up before being taken off hold.
