Faced with an ultimatum, a cook at a diner burst out of the door at nights end. Troubled by the decision he must now make, and having no idea where he will spend the night, he crosses paths with a wealthy socialite decked out in diamonds. Tension builds in this midnight encounter as he, and us as on-lookers have no idea whether he will lash out, or comfort her. It's a moment that defines the complications we experience in cities filled with ethnic-diversity.
