Mumbai is often referred as the land where dreams come true. Everyday millions of people come to this city to pursue their goals thus giving it a reputation of a city having unimaginable population. If the tube is the heart of London, the local train train is the life-line of Mumbai. The estimated population of Mumbai today is almost 12.5 million, which is increasing by the minute. Overcrowding has taken a toll on the local train which is the lifeline of the city. Vacancy tries to explore this aspect of the overgrowing population of the city through a young aspirant, Durgesh Kumar's efforts to grab a much coveted seat in a one of a kind interview.
